I saw that practices will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays after school.  My child has a small part, do they need to be there all the time?  

Once the cast list has been finalized, we will send out a practice schedule to all of our actors.  Supporting roles and extras will likely be one day a week, but rehearsal times will be adjusted as needed.  Main cast will likely be twice a week.  There will be advance notice for changes in rehearsal schedule.

My child was cast in a role and I have religious or cultural concerns regarding costuming.
Please reach out to MaloneyPTAproductions@gmail.com with specific concerns as soon as possible so our costume coordinator can work on costumes with those concerns in mind. 

We usually wear masks during school, does my child need to remove the mask to participate?
It is very hard to see a child’s facial expression and hear them clearly from the stage when it is behind a mask .  During practices, we will be working on both voice projection and facial expressions.  Having a mask on will make it difficult for your child to be seen and heard clearly. 

Will you have understudies?
Yes, they will be chosen from the final cast.
